Flex Time allows the customer the potential to save money and time. When dealing with large projects, there may be unforeseen tasks that pop up along the way (i.e. moving furniture, wall repair, fixing blemishes…etc.) and Flex Time figures this extra time into the initial contract. This means no surprise increases in the budget!


We build a minimum and maximum cost into the project estimate. The customer will know the least amount they will pay and if there is a need for additional time, we use the allocated Flex Time. If the Flex time is not used, the total cost of the project will be less than estimated.

Q: How is this different from regular contracts and time/material?

A: Straight contracts give the customer a flat estimate and when additional costs come along they must ask for money that was not initially budgeted for. Time/material is when the customer agrees to pay the contractor per hour plus the cost of materials for the job and the end cost is a mystery. Flex Time differs in that we offer the customer a price range for their project. The customer knows how much the job will cost, there are no surprises, and there is a chance to save money. 

Q: What happens if the project is finished in less time than expected?

A: You pay for the minimum amount of days, but you do not have to pay for Flex Time. You save money and time! Our painters are motivated to finish on time because they could receive bonuses based on their work. This does not mean that we will rush through your project; we always offer the highest quality work possible.

Q: What happens if the project is not finished within the allotted time?

A: Our Flex Time system is the best way for customers to get the most value for their money. We guarantee to finish your initial project within the maximum amount of days. However, changes in the scope of work (i.e. adding more work) that is not included in the initial contract may affect the end date and cost.

  2. On the scheduled day, we will take 30 minutes to 1 hour to examine the space that needs work.

  3. We compose a fair estimate that will break down each part of the project and its specific expenses.

  4. The customer accepts our service, and we schedule a time to start the project.

Save Money with Flex Time

We offer Flex Time so the customer can save money, while we are paid fairly for the services rendered. By offering a minimum and maximum cost, the customer has the ability to save money if the project is completed early. Our painters are motivated to finish your project on or before time, without sacrificing quality.


If we finish without using any Flex Time you save money and time! If we need to use the allocated Flex Time, you know the cost for additional hours/days beforehand and the cost is not unexpected.
