HISTORY
M.G. Good Inc. is a family owned and operated painting company that provides top quality painting and related services to home and business owners in Anne Arundel County, Maryland and the surrounding areas (see our service area here). The company was started in 1996 by Mark and Ronald Good, who followed in the traditions of their uncles, Richard and Thomas Good of Anne Arundel County, and Herman Koepke of Howard County.
Mark Good with son Justin in 1994, just before M.G. Good Inc. was founded.
Prior to starting his own company, Mark painted the fine homes, museums, stores, and offices of the Potomac and Washington D.C. area for 15 years. Tired of the commute from Baltimore, Mark founded M. G. Good Inc. in 1996. He soon discovered a market for fine craftsmanship awaited him in Anne Arundel County. In January of 2013 the brothers divided the business and Mark continues to run M.G. Good Inc. today.
Through word of mouth, the business has consistently grown, taking on more clients, employees, and services offered. No matter how large the company gets, Mark always keeps quality work and customer service as the core values of M. G. Good. Inc. Those values are passed not just through the company, but to his children, all of whom have either worked for the company or continue to do work for the company today.
