Our new "Painting Made Easy" pricing program finally gives people a simple way to know how much their project may cost, up front!  With this new alternative to "price quotes" and "hourly rates," you now have honest price information, instantly.
 
While this pricing guide will help you with your small projects, large or complex projects may require a price quote, and may not apply to the "Painting Made Easy" pricing.  You can always contact us for a free quote!
 

How It Works

  1. Compare the dimensions of the rooms you want to have painted with the room sizes on the "Painting Made Easy" pricing guide below.
  2. Choose how far you wish to take the project. Walls, Ceiling, Trim. Pick one or more!
  3. Read our rules and restrictions to understand the program.
  4. Contact us by phone or email, and we will come out to look at your project and talk about colors and other options.

What You Can Expect

  • M.G. Good Inc. guarantees to deliver a great product.
  • All Prices include: paint, material, and labor.
  • Its our mission to deliver an excellent service with no surprises.  Each home is different, so depending on your unique situation, additional charges may be required to complete your project.
     
  • Basic Price Assumptions:*
    • Ceiling Height is Standard (96")
    • Minimal dust and dirt on surfaces to be painted
    • Minimal drywall repair necessary
    • Light base color exisiting on surfaces to be painted
    • Interior rooms only
    • Includes moving of funiture/objects to gain access to walls/ceiling. Excessive amounts or large/heavy objects may require additional charges to move.

Rules and Restrictions (The Fine Print)

  • M.G. Good Inc. Guarantee:  We promise to deliver a great product, or your money back.

  • All Prices include: paint, material, and labor for up to 2 coats on surfaces. Removal and re-placement of furniture and objects to their original position. Coverage of floors and objects. 

  • Additional charges may apply if the Room does not meet one or more of the requirements listed in the Rules and Restrictions. Please read requirements to understand program. If you have any questions, please call or email us!

  • Basic Price Assumptions:

    • Standard 96" Ceiling Height

    • Minimal dust and dirt on surfaces to be painted

    • Minimal prep/drywall repair necessary

    • Light base color exisiting on surfaces to be painted

    • Interior rooms only

    • Includes moving of funiture/objects to gain access to walls/ceiling. Excessive amounts of furniture or large/heavy objects may require additional charges to move.

  • Prep:

    • Prep time included in price, please see chart below for estimated prep time included ("Prep" includes: drywall spackling/repair, puttying, caulking, sanding, dusting). Additional Prep time necessary may increase price.

    • Prep time estimated based upon previous jobs that M.G. Good Inc. has completed.

    • Additional prep time necessary will be quoted if possible before job starts.

  • Room Size:

    • Size of room must be close to square footage listed in the pricing guide. Example: A room that is 45 square feet is close to the "Small Bathroom 5'x8'" price. Rooms may be a margin of 10% larger or smaller with no change to price. 

    • Room square footage: see chart below

  • Colors and Paint:

    • Paint is supplied by M.G. Good Inc. All paint used is Sherwin Williams brand. Products used: SW Super Paint, SW ProMar 200, SW ProMar 400, or other products choosen by M.G. Good Inc.

    • Qualifying Colors for "Painting Made Easy" price:

      • Walls: Must not require a base primer coat.  Must be of a White base.  Acceptable sheens: Flat, Satin, Egshel

      • Ceiling: Extra White, or customer supplied paint to match existing color. Acceptable sheens: Flat

      • Trim: Extra White, or customer supplied paint to match existing color. Acceptable sheens: Satin, Semi-Gloss

    • Customer may request different brands of paint, and/or any color.  Additional charges may apply for all non-qualifying colors and paint brands.

  • Additional charges that may apply:

    • Choosen color does not cover existing color in 2 coats or less.

    • If additional paint is necessary to complete job.
